Cheap E27 10W LED light bulb

Cheap POLAMP 05/14, 230V, 10W LED light bulb, E27, "warm" white.
Disassembled after failure - intermitting flickering and no operation at all.
I wasn't able to remove glass cleanly. Removing metal E27 connector is also hard without damaging plastic.
All (17) LED chips are connected in series on aluminum PCB.
Each LED chip has apparently 3 junctions connected in series. Forward voltage: 7.85V at 4mA.
 Aluminum radiator inside plastic part.

 Transformatorless power supply.

PCB: A55-230V-DY 120613
 4.7u/400V filter capacitor.
I think this cracked solder joint at serial resistor was actual cause of failure and not result of disassembly.
