Nokia AC-3E charger

Nokia AC-3E charger with thin plug.
Nominal output: 5V/350mA.
Measured output voltage: 8.25V at no load. Newer AC-11E (5V/450mA, slightly smaller) charger have similar voltage.

 "Energy star" sticker on the cable

 Two three wings screws at top - not complaining, at least it is not clued together.
